We gladly accept returns on most items within 28 days of you receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and unworn: Just as you received it.

In its original condition: No signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

With all original tags and packaging: Please ensure all labels are still attached.

How to Return an Item:

Securely Repack: Carefully repack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging, if possible. Make sure it's well-protected for its journey back to us.

What Happens Next:
Once we receive your returned item and it meets our returns criteria, we'll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible, usually within 5-7 working days.

Refunds: Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please remember that it can sometimes take a little extra time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.

Exchanges: If your requested exchange item is in stock, we'll dispatch it to you as soon as the returned item has been processed. We'll keep you updated on the progress. If the exchange item isn't available, we'll process a refund for the returned item.
A Note on Bespoke Orders:
As each bespoke (custom-made) item is created specifically to your unique measurements and preferences, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these orders unless the item is faulty or not made to the agreed specifications. We understand this is important, so we'll work closely with you throughout the bespoke creation process to ensure your complete satisfaction.
What if My Item is Faulty?
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer service team immediately with details of the issue and, if possible, a photograph. We'll guide you through the returns process for faulty items, and we'll happily offer a replacement, repair, or full refund once the fault is confirmed.
Things to Keep in Mind:
