We take pride in sourcing unique, often handcrafted items directly from Africa. Because of this, delivery times can vary depending on the specific product you choose:

Standard Items: You can typically expect your order to arrive within 3 days to 4 weeks from the date of order. The estimated shipping timeframe for each item is clearly stated in the "Shipping Information" section on its product description page. Please refer to this for the most accurate delivery estimate for your chosen item.

Pre-Order Items: Some particularly special or handcrafted items are available for pre-order. These items often require more time for creation and delivery. If an item is a pre-order, it will have the prefix "Pre-Order:" before its name on the product page, and the estimated shipping timeframe (which may exceed 4 weeks) will be clearly detailed in the "Shipping Information" section. We appreciate your patience when ordering these unique pieces!

Shipping to the EU, Switzerland, and Norway:

For our valued customers in the EU, Switzerland, and Norway, a flat shipping fee of £16.99 will apply to your order.

Please be aware that your destination country (the EU member state, Switzerland, or Norway) may levy import duties and taxes on your order upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
